To ease the application of our proprietary traction technology and to further reduce its environmental impact, we have developed a number of useful peripherals. They include the hardware (axles & suspension) to mount our systems to a vehicle, the variable speed auxiliary power unit (which is contained in a silent compartment that also houses the noisy hydraulic pump and compressor) with a Adaptive Current Control Unit (ACCU) providing a DC output, an e-Mission™ Particle Eliminator exhaust system that reduces the, already reduced, soot emissions by 80%, and Spiral Control® hardware and software to control our unique suspension arm. In addition, certain components from various suppliers with whom we have a long established relationship round out the e-Traction® System. With great result we have been using the CANopen products of InterControl, which granted us in 2003 the Benelux distributor rights. During the last 20 years we have aided in the development of certain products of the Italian company ZIVAN and continue to use and sell a great many of their battery charging components to make our systems work properly and efficiently. There has been a very positive development in battery technology. Over the years we have experimented with just about all of them. At this time, we are achieving our best results ever with Lithium-Ion batteries from Valence Technologies.
