e-Traction® Worldwide S.C.A., is a Luxembourg registered company with currently two wholly owned subsidiaries: e-Traction Europe B.V. and e-Traction North America, LLC. The commercial rights to the Intellectual Property generated by the company is being held by Freerider Ltd, a legally entirely separate and fully independent Cayman Island exempt company.

Though legally separated, e-Traction Worldwide S.C.A. and Freerider Ltd. are both managed by Peter le Comte as their respective Chief Executive Officer from their corporate office in the United States.

e-Traction Europe B.V. is generally serving clients within a 500 kilometer radius from its location in the Netherlands . In view of the available resources, all efforts have thus far been directed at this subsidiary in light of the imminent commercial break-through in the Netherlands, where heretofore the R&D had been concentrated and technical and commercial track record had been established during the more than 25 years of combined existence of e-Traction Europe B.V. and its predecessors.

e-Traction North America LLC is purposely being held dormant until such time that a potentially successful marketing effort can be supported in that demanding technical, financial and legal environment.
